SERVICES WE OFFER

ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Finding employment in a new country can be difficult and demanding. HSMC focuses on efforts

that enhance the skill set of the newcomers preparing them for market-relevant and market-driven employment opportunities. Occasionally, even getting Canadian education does not

necessarily guarantee employment security. Our team has the resources and connections for

possible job fits aligned with the potential of each individual.

LANGUAGE BARRIER

HSMC aims to help immigrants and newcomers to Canada develop both fluency and confidence in English language. Eventually, this would enable individuals to succeed academically,

personally and professionally. Our strong network with licensed English instructors help us deliver quality language services to our clients.

RECOGNITION OF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The lack and/or absence of Canadian experience when entering the local job market becomes a

bottle-neck for a lot of new comers. We have the competency of directing our clients in the

required direction for all and any necessary licensing depending on what career they have their

mind set at.

HOUSING

Housing is a basic necessity specifically when arriving in a new country. Our team is equipped with the knowledge and expertise of guiding the newcomers in the right direction for meeting low-cost housing requirements.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Affordable means of transportation is the foremost requirement of the newcomers as apart from

the driving license formalities, managing the expenditure of purchasing and keeping a car (insurance) is not something that can be expensed right away.

HSMC helps new immigrants with their options, more often than not even free public transit, for solving their essential mobility issues.

CULTURAL ORIENTATION

HSMC believes in connection of people with the culture. We help you strike a balance and blend of the east and west. When you land in Canada, we will aid you in getting oriented with the culture.

RAISING CHILDREN

When a new family immigrates to Canada, they might have a tough time raising their children.

At HSMC, we serve our clients with the best education, extra-curricular and recreation options available for their children.

RACISM & DISCRIMINATION

Canada has strong human right laws and systems to address discrimination. Racial harassment is

a strong form of discrimination. HSMC stands with human rights and is capable of introducing

newcomers to their rights pertaining to racism and/or discrimination.

FAMILY REUNIFICATION

Loneliness and isolation are one of some of the post arrival issues for new immigrants. We play our part by guiding and directing our clients with the means and methods of getting their families

immigrated and settled in Canada.

IMMIGRATION SERVICES

Whether you are a student looking for a work permit or a worker looking for permanent

residency in Canada, HSMC guides all kinds of immigrants in Canada with their immigration status.

BUILDING COMMUNITIES

HSMC focuses on trying to create a sense of belonging and entitlement for the new arrivals through welcoming them and briefing them on how hospitable and compassionate the Canadians

are.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

We at HSDC ease your tension by providing you with access to financial services such as

banking, accounting, and taxation among others.
